• Covid-19 testing is by appointment only (9:00am - 7:00pm on Mon-Wed-Fri)
• Call (416) 221-2121 to be assessed for your eligibility.
• If you are eligible, we will book you for an appointment same day if available.
• Choose walk-in or drive-thru service.
• Please come NO EARLIER than 5 min before your appointment. (YOU CAN REMAIN IN YOUR CAR UNTIL YOUR TIME IS DUE)
• Please wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth. (YOU CAN ASK OUR STAFF IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE.)
